FED: Memorial for PNG crash victim June Canavan today

A memorial service will be held today in Queensland .. for one of the victims from
the Papua New Guinea plane crash.

Thirteen people were killed .. nine of them Australians .. when the Airlines PNG plane
crashed near Kokoda on nearly three weeks ago.

Their bodies were returned to Australia last Wednesday .. and a memorial service will
be held for Doctor JUNE CANAVAN at the Sunshine Coast University today.

Doctor CANAVAN'S partner ANNE GRIPPER says she was a fantastic person .. who loved
sport .. arts and adventure travel.

APN Newspapers report the memorial service will begin at 11.30 this morning.
